Oversees day to day operations, providers work flows, provider schedules and supports the overarching strategic goals set out by Administration.
Presents a clinic that is well functioning and prepared to meet the needs of all patients.
Works diligently with providers, nurses, and all medical professional to ensure all duties are performed at a superior quality.
Provides direct oversight in giving direction, setting clear expectations and consistently works to improve job performance for growth of practice.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manages staff members in clerical, administrative and clinical areas.
Supervises daily activities in the facility.
Develops and implements policies, procedures and work standards.
Formulates, monitors, and enforces budgets Holds meetings and communicates with staff Attends public meetings to publicize the healthcare facility and assist with marketing strategies to promote new business Strives to improve the overall quality of healthcare for each patient Works with billing company and/or insurance companies and managed care contractors to help get medical procedures approved for patients Works with staff to select and implement software for electronic health records as required by law Submitting out of office charges (hospital charges, HH charges, NV charges/Lab draws) Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and supportive training to all new employees Consistently achieves department objectives by managing staff, coaching/developing, planning and evaluating department activities as well as staff performance Oversees patient care to ensure the quality of service and quality of care provided by providers Ensures and uphold confidentiality culture regarding patients, providers and staff members Works to address all patient grievances and escalates any concerns to their appropriate party Effectively communicating to convey policies and procedures to other health professionals and ensuring compliance with current regulations and laws Follows proper chain of command in seeking direction, guidance, coaching and development to foster trust and address concerns as it relates growth opportunities for physician practice/office Occasionally provides front office support when increased volume permits Frequently rounds on patients to ensure all needs were meet and opportunities for improvement are addressed-Maintains medical supplies inventory and performing preventive maintenance to keep medical equipment operating Engages in and implements the Journey to Excellence tactics for the department Sets annual goals for the department and monitors progress of goal achievement through the LEM Monitors staff performance including goal setting and performance reviews Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
